Budapest (Hungary), 6th May 2010: Intellectual Property as business tool for SMEs

The Hungarian Patent Office (HPO), within the framework of the IPeuropAware project, is organising a seminar on “Intellectual Property as business tool for SMEs”, to be held in Budapest (Hungary) on 6th May 2010.

During the seminar, the IPeuropAware project will present the Hungarian version of its guidelines, “IPeuropAware, IP Awareness and Enforcement: Modular Based Actions for SMEs”, as recently elaborated and designed for the industries that are particularly affected by counterfeits, such as textiles, furniture and leather. These guidelines will help SMEs make a better use of a range of legal tools available to protect intellectual property rights.

Co-organisers of the event are the International Trade Development Agency Hungary (ITDH), the Small Enterprise Economic Development Foundation (SEED) and the Enterprise Europe Network.

Entrance to event is free of charge but registration is required.
