MAKING IPR WORK FOR SMEs - Enforcement Best Practices
This section presents the results of a European project that has drawn on the knowledge and experience of a broadly based group of experts on the management of intellectual property rights. The aim of the IPR Enforcement project, then, has been to help SMEs enforce their intellectual property rights by improving the support that is available to them. This Report gives 9 clear messages to policy makers and business support organisations to improve the way SMEs should enforce their intellectual property rights. Moreover it provides also an overview of the relationship between the Key Messages and the corresponding Recommendations and Case Studies.
