We carry out an examination to make sure your application meets certain formal requirements. Upon request and against a fee of DKK 1500.00 we are able to make an examination of the design. |

We publish DK registered designs in the Danish Designs Gazette, which provides an opportunity for anyone to challenge the validity of registered designs. |

If your application meets all the legal requirements when we get it, we normally register applications within about 4 weeks. We will send you a Registered Design Certificate. |
