The OHIM is the European Union agency responsible for registering trade marks and designs that are valid in all of the 27 Member States of the European Union!

 

SEARCH SERVICES

OHIM offers a wide range of search tools allowing a fast and user-friendly lookup of Community trade marks and designs, and providing information about classifications or help in the search for representatives. OHIM also provides access to all non-confidential correspondence exchanged between the Office and the CTM owner.

In addition, OHIM supports the TMview project, which offers a searchable database where users can consult, free of charge, trade mark registers of participating official Intellectual Property Offices from all over the EU including the databases of OHIM and the World Intellectual Property Organization, WIPO.
