DPMAregister  - Official Publications and Register (presently for trade marks and designs)

DPMAregister is the new Internet platform for publication of the official publications and the register data with the current legal status information on IP rights.
DPMAregister is particularly suitable for conducting searches for IP applications and registered and granted IP rights, for gaining information on the current legal status of an IP right and for the regular and systematic monitoring of newly published IP rights.

 

DPMApublikationen - Electronic publication platform of the DPMA ( for patents and utility models)
In DPMApublikationen you can download complete issues of Patentblatt (patent gazette) and the official publication data of patents and utility models. It is also possible to find out the legal status of individual industrial property rights.

 

DPMAkurier - Industrial Property Information by E-mail

DPMAkurier is a special service to monitor industrial property rights.

 

DPINFO  - Legal and procedural status database (for patents and utility models)

In DPINFO you can find out the current legal status of patents and utility models.  

  

DEPATISnet   - Electronic patent document archive
Via DEPATISnet you can conduct online searches in the electronic DEPATIS document archive. DEPATISnet is suitable for initial searches on the state of the art. Here you find the universal technological knowledge contained in more than 60 million patent documents.  

        

DPMAdatenabgabe  - Supply of machine-readable IP data
DPMAdatenabgabe provides the option to easily download raw data of all types of industrial property rights from a webserver. Professional users may utilise these raw data for integration into their own IP database.  

 

DEPATISconnect   - Interface to DEPATIS patent document archive

In addition to the provision of raw data via the DPMAdatenabgabe web server, patent data from the document archive of DEPATIS are also available via the direct interface of DEPATISconnect at marginal cost. This is an easy and speedy way for professional users of patent information to obtain complete patent documents. This option, too, is subject to a standard agreement to be concluded with the DPMA.

  

DEPATISorder   - Supply of data of the DEPATIS patent document archive

The DPMA supplies backfile patent data from the document archive of DEPATIS upon request at marginal cost (DEPATISorder). DEPATISorder allows customers to order large numbers of documents (document identification numbers are required) from the DPMA on CD or DVD for establishing or enlarging their own archives.
